Joe Woodard, founder and CEO founded Woodard Consulting Group in 2001 initially to support larger clients using QuickBooks - including the support of the then newly released QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions. Currently, Woodard Consulting Group offers services to clients who need advanced inventory controls, have outgrown QuickBooks and need to 1) integrate QuickBooks or Xero with a robust, industry-specific solution (e.g. Dear Systems, Cin7 Inventory, or Fishbowl Inventory) or 2) migrate to a mid-market ERP solution (e.g. Microsoft Business Central).
He founded Woodard Consulting Group in 2001 to service the needs of businesses who were stretching their use of QuickBooks, which led him to support various add-on solutions like Fishbowl and Method and then, ultimately, to recruit experts on QuickBooks replacement systems like Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage 300.
Joe is passionate about the transformation of small businesses, and extends this transformation to include a wide range of resources for fellow business advisors, including hosting one of the largest conferences for small business advisors in the world called Scaling New Heights.
John Foster has over 20 years of experience implementing mid-market solutions like Sage 300 and Dynamics 365 Business Central and specializes in operational efficiencies, inventory/warehouse management, manufacturing, project management, construction project management, construction reporting and e-commerce integration...as well as the technologies that support these business functions.
John built and sold a thriving reseller practice, and then joined Sage where he traveled throughout the U.S. supporting accountants and resellers on the deployment of accounting and operational solutions.
John heads up Woodard's ERP practice with a primary focus on Advanced Inventory and Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementations.
Dylan has over 15 years of experience in project management, construction project management and over 10 year experience working with platforms like Method CRM, QuickBase, Microsoft Power Apps/DynamicsCRM, and HubSpot, leveraging low code platforms to develop custom software solutions for mid-market clients.
Dylan has designed software solutions to support businesses in size from 5 million to over 60 million in annual sales, building programs to manage the operations of a wide range of industries like shipping, project management, construction, distribution, manufacturing, and more.
Dylan heads up Woodard's MSP division with Microsoft 365 and the Custom Software Development team.
