Woodard Consulting Group provides technology consulting services to businesses with complex operational and/or reporting requirements and are ready to invest in ERP solutions and highly customized CRM applications.

Joe Woodard, founder and CEO founded Woodard Consulting Group in 2001 initially to support larger clients using QuickBooks - including the support of the then newly released QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions. Currently, Woodard Consulting Group offers services to clients who have outgrown QuickBooks and need to 1) integrate QuickBooks with a robust, industry-specific solution (e.g. Fishbowl or LOCATE Inventory) or 2) migrate to a mid-market ERP solution (e.g. Gravity Software or Sage 300).

Joe Woodard has 20+ years of experience working with small to medium-sized businesses on QuickBooks, Fishbowl Inventory and MethodCRM.

He founded Woodard Consulting Group in 2001 to service the needs of businesses who were stretching their use of QuickBooks, which led him to support various add-on solutions like Fishbowl and Method and then, ultimately, to recruit experts on QuickBooks replacement systems like Gravity Software and Sage 300.

Joe is passionate about the transformation of small businesses, and extends this transformation to include a wide range of resources for fellow business advisors, including hosting one of the largest conferences for small business advisors in the world called Scaling New Heights. 


John Foster2John Foster, ERP Lead

John Foster has over 20 years of experience implementing mid-market solutions like Sage 300 and Gravity and specializes in operational efficiencies, inventory/warehouse management, manufacturing, project management, construction project management, construction reporting and e-commerce well as the technologies that support these business functions. 

John built and sold a thriving reseller practice, and then joined Sage where he traveled throughout the U.S. supporting accountants and resellers on the deployment of accounting and operational solutions. 

John heads up Woodard's ERP practice with a primary focus on Gravity and Sage 300.


Dylan HeadshotDylan Hanna, CRM/Developer Lead

Dylan has over 10 years of experience working with platforms like MethodCRM, QuickBase, the Power Apps/DynamicsCRM, and HubSpot, leveraging low code platforms to develop custom software solutions for mid-market clients.

Dylan has designed software solutions to support businesses in size from 5 to over 60 million in annual sales, building programs to manage the operations of a wide range of industries like shipping, project management, construction, distribution, manufacturing, and more.

Dylan heads up Woodard CRM and custom software development team with a primary focus on MethodCRM, HubSpot and the customization of Gravity Software through the Microsoft Power Apps Platform.

Geoff is an expert in inventory management, warehouse management, e-commerce, and supply chain management and the systems and software solutions that manage inventory operations.
Geoff is also an expert in database migration and custom report design, especially related to reporting around inventory management and controls
After working for Fishbowl Inventory in Orem UT for two years traveling the country and doing implementations in various industries, Geoff earned an MBA with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management at BYU. 
At Woodard Consulting Group, Geoff heads up consulting on Fishbowl Inventory and LOCATE Inventory.

Chris Hendrix is an expert on the use and configuration of HubSpot - a powerful CRM, project management solution and marketing automation platform that centralizes interactions with contacts through integrations with solutions like Zoom Webinars, GotoWebinar, Wistia, various e-commerce platforms and QuickBooks Online.

As a HubSpot consultant for Woodard Consulting Chris supports clients in the purchase, implementation, setup, integration and use of HubSpot, including best practices for automating workflows, marketing and sales efforts.

Chris joins Woodard Consulting after working with one of the leading QuickBooks consultants in the country - Ten Key Business Solutions - where he has extensive experience supporting clients on QuickBooks and QuickBooks Point of Sale.

Jeff Edmonds
Jeff Edmonds, Partnership Lead

Jeff Edmonds has extensive experience building and managing professional communities of mid-market consultants for companies like Intuit and Acctivate where he was responsible for recruiting, training, certifying and coaching consultants in the accounting and technology industry.

As Partnership Lead at Woodard Consulting, Jeff supports business advisors and software resellers in sales strategies, software vetting and deployment, making the most of peer to peer collaboration...all through the M3 Coalition, a community Woodard Consulting Group launched in 2020 to support QuickBooks consultants who are looking to support larger clients with QuickBooks add-ons and, when needed, mid-market alternatives to QuickBooks like Sage 300 and Gravity.
